1. Application of Terms
These specific terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your purchase of coffee, subscriptions, and other goods through the Seer Specialty Coffee website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that the coffee and other products are described as accurately as possible. However, coffee is a natural agricultural product, and seasonal variations may occur. Roast profiles are crafted to highlight specific characteristics, but taste is subjective.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made at the time of order through our secure payment processors.
4. Delivery
We roast to order to ensure freshness. Dispatch times are usually within 24-48 hours of roasting. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
5. Returns and Refunds
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on coffee beans. However, if you are unsatisfied with your coffee, please contact us at info@seerspecialtycoffee.co.uk within 14 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Equipment and merchandise may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
6. Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time through your account portal. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled roast date to avoid being charged for that shipment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seer Specialty Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
